You can glue it to the floor with liquid nails or you could use the track that comes with it to attach it.
How to glue down floor transition strips.
Step 7 place several large strips of painter s tape across the t molding to hold it down while the glue dries.
Apply a 1 4 inch bead of flooring or construction adhesive along the center of the expansion joint.
Drill 1 8 inch pilot holes for the nails.
Because it is attached to neither floor each floor can expand and contract without cracking the transition strip.
If you are using liquid nails apply a bead of the liquid nails to the underside of the transition.
Then press it onto the floor.
Step 6 use a damp cloth to remove any excess glue.
Place the transition strip in the expansion joint and press down firmly.
Step 2 apply a 1 4 inch wide line of construction adhesive to the bottom of the transition strip where it will rest on the concrete.
A seam binder is installed by simply positioning the strip over the seam then driving screws through pre dilled pilot holes in the strip to secure it to the subfloor in the gap between the floors.
Glue or nail the strip to the subfloor if it doesn t have a track.
Loose transition on a teragren floor can be a problem.

Step 5 press the t molding into the gap firmly ensuring that the top of the molding rests firmly on each floor with no gaps.
Do not glue the lips to the floor.
